Is this the same as a generic Sun-sign horoscope?+
No. The calculation uses your exact birth date, time, birth timezone and birthplace to build the natal chart, then compares it with current planetary positions for the next seven days.
Why do you ask for two timezones?+
Your birth timezone fixes the recorded birth moment correctly. Your forecast timezone controls the dates and clock times shown for the coming week. It does not alter your natal chart.
Are all displayed periods calculated start and end times?+
No. An exact clock time is shown only for a calculated intraday peak. Morning, daytime and evening ranges are clearly labelled editorial dayparts used to organize a broader influence; they are not calculated boundaries or promises of outcomes.
What if my birth time is approximate?+
The Ascendant and houses move quickly, so an exact recorded time gives the best result. If your time is approximate, the forecast can still be reflective, but the personal house emphasis may be less reliable.
How do I receive the forecast?+
After secure Stripe payment, the system generates it automatically and emails a private, unguessable link to the address entered above.
What happens to my birth details?+
Raw birth date, time and coordinates are removed after successful generation. They are not sent to Stripe. Read the Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I request a refund?+
Because the forecast is generated specifically for you, refund eligibility depends on whether generation and delivery have begun. Review the Refund Policy or contact Support.
