Data we collect
We may collect your email address, support messages, selected zodiac sign, birth date, birth time, birth timezone, birthplace label and coordinates for requested calculations; order, payment and delivery status; and limited technical data needed for security and operation. Stripe processes card and billing information. We do not store full payment-card details.
Why we use data
We use data to create and deliver requested products, process payments and refunds, provide support, operate and protect the service, send requested email communications, and comply with legal obligations. The applicable legal bases may include performance of a contract, consent, legal obligation and legitimate interests in secure operation.
Birth details and private maps
Birth details are used only to calculate your requested map. They are not sent to Stripe. Raw birth date, time and coordinates are removed from paid-order records after successful generation; unpaid or failed records are normally cleared after about 24 hours. A generated reading may remain available through a private, hard-to-guess link. Keep that link private.
Service providers
We use providers for hosting, email delivery, security, payments, tax-related functions, fraud prevention, refunds and birthplace search. These may include Stripe, Brevo and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim-compatible services. Providers receive only the data reasonably necessary for their function.
Analytics and consent
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand page visits, traffic sources, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions with the site. Analytics is disabled until you select “Accept analytics”. Google receives analytics data only after that choice; advertising storage, ad-user data and ad personalisation remain disabled. Logged-in administration, private timing maps and payment-status page views are excluded from analytics. After a locally verified successful payment, a consented pseudonymous purchase event may be sent with the product, price, currency and a non-identifying transaction reference. We do not send Google your email address, birth details, private map URL or Stripe session ID. Your choice is stored for about six months and can be changed at any time using “Privacy choices”. Google may process consented analytics data under its own privacy and data-processing terms.
Retention, cookies and your rights
We retain data only for as long as necessary for delivery, support, security and legal obligations. Essential cookies and browser storage help the site operate; non-essential technologies are used only where permitted and consented to. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Contact support@nigmaweb.com. Children and changes
Paid products are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change.
