Before delivery begins
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies and immediate performance has not begun, you may exercise that right within the applicable period by emailing support@nigmaweb.com with the order email and purchase date.
Personalised digital content
The 7-Day Timing Map is created specifically from the birth details supplied at checkout. Before payment, customers are asked to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once generation, delivery or access begins, the statutory withdrawal right for that digital content may be lost. This does not remove mandatory rights when content is not supplied, is not as described, or otherwise lacks conformity.
When we investigate and normally refund
Contact us if payment succeeded but the product was not delivered and we cannot restore delivery within a reasonable time; you were charged twice for the same intended order; the delivered map is technically incomplete or materially different from its purchased description and we cannot repair or replace it; or applicable law otherwise requires a refund. Where reasonable and lawful, we may first attempt redelivery, repair or replacement.
Change of mind
After personalised generation or delivery has begun with the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally refund a change of mind, dissatisfaction with an astrological interpretation, or failure to read the product.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@nigmaweb.com from the address used for the order. Include the product name, purchase date and a short description of the issue. Do not send card details or identity documents. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe; processing may take several business days. A full refund may revoke the private product link.
