These Terms govern horoscopetoday.co and its products, operated by NIGMA Digital. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights available in your country remain unaffected.
Nature of the service
Horoscope Today combines astronomical calculations with astrological interpretation. Astrology is for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, employment or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.
Personalised digital products
The 7-Day Timing Map is generated from the birth details you submit and current astronomical data. It is delivered by email and/or a private web link. You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your private link, and use the product lawfully and only for personal use.
Prices and payment
The price, currency and product features are shown before payment. Payments are handled through Stripe. A purchase is complete only once payment is confirmed. If an obvious price or technical error occurs, we may cancel and refund the affected order rather than fulfil it at an incorrect amount.
Immediate performance and withdrawal
Personalised digital content is generated and delivered promptly after payment. Where applicable, checkout asks for your express consent to begin performance immediately and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal may end once generation, delivery or access to the digital content begins. This does not restrict mandatory rights for non-delivery, duplicate charges, lack of conformity or other remedies required by law.
Delivery, refunds and access
Delivery normally begins shortly after successful payment. Security checks, email filtering or external service interruptions may cause a delay. Contact support@nigmaweb.com if your product does not arrive. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. A full refund may revoke access to the private product.
Intellectual property and liability
The website, design, writing and generated product format belong to NIGMA Digital or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence for private use. You may not resell, scrape, commercially reproduce or publish a private reading or link. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
